Abaca Villas is located in the most upscale area of Seminyak, walkable to Seminyak’s finest beach clubs, beaches and restaurants.

The 16 BR luxury complex comprises of 3 private villas, Villa Iluh with six bedrooms, Villa Kadek with five bedrooms and Villa Nyoman with five bedrooms.

The estate is over half the size of a football field, equipped with 4 swimming pools, 3 spacious open-concept living areas and private event space. Perfect for family getaways, weddings, yoga retreats and any group who wish to experience Bali in luxurious tranquility.

*Villa Nyoman is a five-bedroom villa with bedrooms built around the two swimming pools. Three rooms have king-sized beds, one room has a split bed (one king or two singles) and one room has a queen-sized bed. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom is housed upstairs.

*Villa Kadek is a five-bedroom villa with bedrooms built around the swimming pool. All bedrooms have king-sized beds. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms are housed upstairs.

*Villa Iluh is a six-bedroom villa with bedrooms built around the swimming pool. Five rooms have king-sized beds, with three rooms located on the ground floor and two upstairs. The sixth bedroom is housed in a standalone Joglo pavilion and comes with two single beds.

Abaca Villas are located in the trendy area of Seminyak in Bali, Indonesia. The villas offer a great location in the heart of the action, but tucked in a quiet lane and surrounded by rice fields, there is still a great sense of peace and quiet at the villas. Some of Bali’s best restaurants (including Metis, Sardine and Barbacoa) are literally just down the street from Abaca Villas. Potato Head Beach Club is about 10 minutes away by car and Batubelig Beach is even closer by. Abaca Villas are located about 35 minutes from the airport.
