The dining room comfortably seats eight guests which adjoins a fully equipped rubberwood floored kitchen with dark granite bench tops, stainless steel appliances and mirror splashbacks.

The living/media room offers the latest in-home entertainment system including an LCD TV, DVD/VCD player and surround sound system and iPod docking station.

Each of the three very generously sized bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms with rain shower, separate lavatory, private gardens, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, built–in wardrobes, study desk, LCD TV and DVD/CD player.

The master suite features a double vanity, two-person shower, free standing bath, and walk–in closet.
