Villa Waringin

The stunning Villa Waringin is one of Pantai Lima Estate’s five fully-staffed villas that harmonizes Balinese art with French contemporary design. With its vast open spaces, high ceilings, and lush gardens, it is one of the most sought-after luxury villas in Bali. Villa Waringin boasts two pavilions within a tropical garden, giving its guests plenty of space and the perfect ambiance for much needed rest and relaxation. The property features direct beachfront access, a majestic 20-metre infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a beautiful massage bale in the middle of the garden. The villa also features a library/media room and a spa to ensure that guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to entertainment and experience.

Facilities :

• Villa Waringin consists of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. The 4 guest bedrooms are situated in a separate pavilion, near to the entrance. Within this pavilion there is a spa room for in-house wellness treatments.
• Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night-lighting (4 tennis rackets are available to be shared among the 5 villas and each villa has its own tennis balls tube), a gym with a variety of fitness equipment, and a 250 sqm seminar room. Pantai Lima Estate comprises of five standalone luxury villas that extend to over 1.6 hectares, or 4 acres (the size of 2 football fields!).
• Living & Dining Areas: Indoor open-plan living area with sofas, rattan chairs and 1 ceiling fan. Indoor dining area with kitchen bar and rectangle dining table that can seat 10 persons. Outdoor pool deck with seating area and 1 table that can sit 6 persons. Outdoor dining area near beach with dining table that can sit 6 persons.
• Pool size: Swimming pool (20m x 6m x 1.5m); Jacuzzi (1.96m diameter, 0.9m depth).
• Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance.
• Kitchen: Oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, Nespresso Machine (extra cost: 1 capsule at IDR 25,000), blender, toaster, rice cooker, wine glasses, stove top, water dispenser, BBQ.
