This fully air-conditioned villa features a two-level open-concept plan with modern amenities. The first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and bi-fold doors that open the space to the outdoor pool and manicured garden. The deck features twin sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A full-sized BBQ and high table offer an alfresco dining experience. A large second bedroom with an en suite bathroom provides a direct view to the pool and concludes this first floor plan.

Upstairs, there is a spacious master bedroom, with a separate sitting room, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom.
