Villa Ambra

The beautiful 5-bedroom Villa Ambra is right on the water’s edge and boasts a magnificent ocean view at Pererenan beach. All five bedrooms have ocean views and are each completely different in design and ambience. Each has its own en-suite bathroom, individually designed and furnished. There is a large sitting room on the ground floor and another upstairs. Both are open to sea breezes. There are two outside dining tables, each seating ten, in different locations.

Additionally, there is an air-conditioned indoor dining room, also seating ten, and which also has French doors which can be flung open instead. There is a home cinema with high definition projector and wide screen. Expansive gardens and lawn extend right to the beach.

The beach frontage is 45 metres. You simply step off the grass and on to the sand. There are two interconnected pools. The larger infinity pool totals 100 square metres, while the children’s pool is 21 square metres and only 60 cm deep. You can enjoy the garden jacuzzi which is large enough for eight adults. There are very comfortable lounging and dining areas right at the edge of the beach, as well as a shady bale to relax in. Both provide unobstructed ocean and sunset views.

• Entertainment: Private cinema with a 196″ screen and large selection of DVDs; library is well-stocked with books, games, and jigsaw puzzles, and an iMac with printer.
• Transportation: There are two complimentary 7-seater cars with drivers that can be used up to 8 hours a day (excluding petrol).
• Other Activities: Mountain bikes, kites, and fishing rods are available to use. Numerous activities and excursions are available, including surfing right outside the villa or minutes away at renowned Echo Beach, horse-riding, and golf close by at the famous Greg Norman-designed course at Nirwana.
• Pets: Please note that the villa is pet-friendly and serves as a home to four lovely dogs named Alice, Amanda, Lilly and Lulu.
• Pantai Lima Estate comprises five standalone luxury villas that extend to over 1.6 hectares, or 4 acres (the size of 2 football fields!).
• Shared facilities at Pantai Lima Estate include a tennis court with night-lighting (4 tennis rackets are available to be shared among the 5 villas and each villa has its own tennis balls tube), a gym with a variety of fitness equipment, and a 250 sqm seminar room.
