What is the booking procedure to book on www.stayinvilla.com ?
➔ Allow us to make it simple. You book the villa, we will check the availability and inform you the details, if you agree then we will require 50% deposit from total amount, as soon as the fund hits to our bank account we will issue the pre-confirmation letter. 45 days prior to arrival we will contact you to settle the other 50% payment, as soon as the payment is fully received we will then issue the confirmation letter for you and it’s all about time to stay in your villa. We recommend to prepare your valid document ID and flight tickets prior to your holiday. In some cases, we might request full payment to be settled in advance for booking with non-refundable/non-cancellable policy.

What services does Stay in Villa offer?
➔We do everything for our guests, from a very simple request to book 2 or 3 nights stay in a private villa only, to the very exclusive request to book 5 stars villa with unobstructed breathtaking ocean view whilst transported with helicopter and welcomed with beautiful flower decoration and a bottle of champagne in your private villa where during your stay will be treated by a private butler, professional chef and high skilled masseur/masseuse, etc.
Am I charged for using a credit card?
➔Nope! To keep our prices as competitive as possible and to deliver the best experience for our vacationers settling the payment, we guarantee there is no extra charge be added to all credit card transactions. Alternatively, you may settle the payment by bank wire transfer and the amount as mentioned on the invoice should be received into our account.
I hate hidden price, what about you?
➔We hate that too, and thus we ensure to our guests there is no hidden nor tricky prices on our website.
Is my personal information protected and safe?
➔ No worries, we take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. When you make a booking with us, you agree to us using and disclosing that information to enable us to process your booking, which will include the information being passed on to our third party suppliers (such as hoteliers), wherever they may be based.
Do I need travel insurance?
➔ Yes, travel insurance is essential. Adequate travel insurance is an important element of any holiday booking. In addition, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance that properly covers your participation in whatever activities you may undertake at the time that you make the booking.
How do I cancel my booking? Or perhaps just to amend the booking.
➔ We’re really sorry to hear you’re looking to cancel your booking. We need confirmation from the lead name on the booking to do this, so please email us with the details of your cancellation, it’d be better if you send us an email in one email correspondence of your booking, or call us and we can assist in person. Please keep in mind each villa has a different cancellation fee and your booking might be forfeited a penalty, feel free to let us know if you have any doubt.

I have a special arrangement or request, can I inform this in advance?
➔ Absolutely yes! If you have any special requests or arrangement, just let us know and we’ll try to organize it for you. Some requests or arrangement might cost you extra. (Please note, requests are not always be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to accommodate them).
I want to give tipping, how much should I give?
➔ Well this is a difficult one to answer and varies from person to person and how well you have been looked after. In general, we recommend that you leave a pooled tip for all the staff with the manager or in the tipping box (some villas might not have this). If you feel one person looked after you particularly well, you can always tip them individually.
