Simply Put, Villa Kyah is astoundingly beautiful. This mesmerizing three bedroom beauty is perfectly located in the center of Seminyak. Eat Street with all its restaurants offering mouthwatering dishes are just a walk away and minutes away from the beach.

Walking into the Villa Kyah, guests are immediately enthralled by its gorgeous exterior. The beautiful gardens showcase a wide array of vibrant colors in their blooms, and the dazzling white colors of the buildings provides a beautiful contrast with the deep blue of the pool and green of the gardens. Simply perfect! On the lawn beside the pool are beautifully curved pool chairs and same can be found on the wooden deck on one end of the pool, poolside relaxation just got better.

The living area of Villa Kyah is magnificent. A unique feature is the glass topped center table with the glass top balanced on a pile of rocks. The living room has a comfortable grew sofa set and a dazzling view of the outdoors. Off to the side is the intricately carved wooden dining set. You can enjoy lovely meals prepared by the villa cook with your friends and family. For late morning or evening drinks, hop on the barstools and enjoy your drinks.

Villa Kyah has three magnificent bedrooms. The bedrooms have floor to ceiling glass doors through which the lovely gardens and the pool can be seen. The glass doors create the illusion of the bedroom actually being built right into the gardens and you can walk out through the doors and right on to the wooden pool deck. The ensuite bathrooms are spacious and decorated with stone features and have huge tubs placed under the open skies. The efficient staff of Villa Kyah is on hand to ensure your stay is pleasant, hitch free and totally enjoyable.

Villa Kyah is located down a small lane offering its own unique tranquil setting whilst being a short walk to a large supermarket at Sunset Point, or try some of the hip cafes and antique stores along Jalan Merternadi or try the unique flavors of ice cream and gelato at Gusto.

The villa is only a 5 minute drive to Jalan Laksmana, locally known as “Eat Street”. A few minutes away from the beach, it is a pleasure getting lost in the abundance of café’s, high-end boutiques, art galleries, and lavish spas on your walk. Be sure to catch a sunset on Seminyak Beach, famous for its regular Balinese ceremonies complete with gamelan melody players and offerings to the Gods.
