Villa Kaja offers great home feeling with Balinese arts surrounding the house. The villa was designed and built to live up to this statement. Every piece of Villa Kaja reflects the Hindu religion and you literally enter a new world once you are inside.

Situated in the most desired area of Seminyak, walking distance to the beach, the famous La Planca beach Bar can be reached within 10 minutes walks and you will find numerous cuisines local and international, shops, boutiques along the way to the beach, all within 200 – 700 meters.

Villa Kaja offer 4 bedrooms equipped with queen size beds and en-suite each, the villa sleeps up to 8 people, extra people available if required. Plenty seating area in the main living, terrace and second living at the second floor, equipped dining ware & large full set kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, kitchen ware and cutlery. The private pool has Salt Water Chlorinator and has pool side rain shower and the large garden has BBQ facilities make it perfect for large functions.

Villa Kaja have 2 live in Balinese Staff (separate living quarters on property) to assist your day to day general services such as cleaning your villa, washing dishes, changing linen and towels, grocery shopping, food prep, handling your laundry in our own laundry facility and more. There is also very friendly litle guards at the villa, a small dog named “G”, two cats, turtles and Beaver (Please let us know if you don’t want one of them at the villa during your stay, we will move them temporary).
